I became a licensed realtor in 2005 and service the Lutz-Tampa and sounding Northern area in Florida.  I have been with Dennis Realty since 2005. My office has been in real estate for over 30-years and has built an excellent reputation in the Tampa Bay community through Professionalism & Integrity.

I work in Real Estate fulltime and am very devoted to my clients & career. My #1 goal is to perform my job ethically, honestly and professionally.  Only until my job is performed & completed- do I receive compensation. I have put years of devotion into this job through my training, and on-the- job experience.

I started in this business at the height of the market and have seen so much change. Real Estate has had its ups and downs but in this business and in life those times can be the most challenging & educational. What I have most learned in this field is that to be successful in real estate- you must adapt to the market.

I grew up in the mid-west and I am a native of Cincinnati Ohio where I worked at my family's restaurant. I attended Cincinnati State College and received my Associate's Degree in Business with a major in Hotel-Restaurant Management as wells as a minor in Chef Technology. I worked for the Hyatt Regency in Cincinnati for 12 years and KDC, a computer training center for 5 years. I later returned back to college and received my Bachelor's of Science for Office System Technology from Northern Kentucky University in 2004.
