Marisaida Méndez has a degree in Science of Business Administration, focusing on Marketing from the University of Puerto Rico - Mayaguez Campus. She has over 20 years of experience working in sales and marketing with companies such as Procter & Gamble, UPS, Motorola Semiconductor and Future Electronics and as a real estate agent.

     In July of 2000, business transferred her family to Florida and in 2005 she started her real estate career in Tampa. As a real estate agent Marisaida has kept abreast of the changes in the market, being able to help her clients with short sale negotiations, foreclosures, relocation and investments; she counts with the support of a property management team and a commercial real estate group.

    A mother to four children and a former Army family. With her family she enjoys the performing arts, salsa dancing, biking, nature walks and the beach. She is an active member in her community; a founding member of the Pasco Hernando Hispanic Chamber of Commerce (PHHCC), a volunteer for The Child Abuse Council, a board member for the National Association of Hispanic Real Estate Professionals (NAHREP) and board member of the Tampa Bay Children’s Chorus (TBCC).
