About Bob

Grew up in greater Boston, attended local schools including Northeastern University and attained a Masters degree from Southern New Hampshire University.

After college I moved to Southern New Hamshire, married and raised three children. Employment was with Conerstone Bank and its holding company for 25 years, retiring as President and Director of both corporations. Duties included oversight of all real estate areas including new business development, mortage lending, new construction, mortgage servicing and interaction with Freddie Mac and Fannie Mae.

While at the bank, I held a New Hampshire Real Estate Brokers license and served on the NH Real Estate Board, New Hampshire Bankers Association, American Bankers Association and local charities including the New Hampshire Jimmy Fund, the Boston Red Sox standard charity.

Moving to Naples, Florida I obtained a Mortgage Brokers license and Realtors license and was employed by Downing-Frye Realty until January 2023 and maintained a sales leading position in the top 10% of the company every year.

I look forward to helping home buyers in the greater Tampa area and welcome all new clients.
